Pictures in!

1) Check it out  we have pictures now!
A bunch of pretty (creepy) new images are now embedded in the Surprise! pdf.

2) With the above done, I'm adding Community Copies to the page, too, as promised.

3) And finally, a standalone Gambit: Surprise! edition is not also available at a lower price, if you just want that. Community copies are also being made available.
