This is a more major overhaul to the systems of The Wind and Rain! Changes include:
-Button to advance the year, rather than automatically advancing time.
-UI showing what percentage of various event types you have recorded.
-Changes to event spawning to make them more dependent on your type recording percentages.
-Fixed the bug where vowels would disappear from names.
-Extremely reduced changes of years were nothing happens.
