Marketing can help create sales for your product and lead to an increase in revenue. Marketing is also useful to establish contact with gaming companies who might be willing to invest in the development of your games and ideas. Marketing needs to be targeted to be most effective and a wide variety of platforms are available to help market games. For example, social media, blogs, websites, use of Kickstarter campaigns. Marketing is also used to attract customers to your product. It is very important to make relationships with the customers so they come back and look at other products that you have available.
