HOLY SLEIGHBELLS IS THAT A BETA?!
YES IT IS! This is the game as I imagined it nearly two months ago when I thought I was almost done. Between Covid, job hunting, and the general nonsense that is life, things got delayed and over time I got more ambitious. Rather than drag this thing out forever while I indulge my perfectionism, Sinister Santa will be essentially early access/beta til 1.0 when it's finally got all the content I have planned.

It's called "Sinister Santa", where's Santa?!
Coming in a future update alongside more elves, snowmen, and new enemies like reindeer! A lot of stuff was nearly finished but got derailed by me needing to, for example, teach myself animation in Blender to meet project needs.
When's the next update?
Roll a d20 and multiply it by two. That's a more accurate estimate than anything I can currently give you, I'm afraid.
Will there be Linux/Mac versions?
Yes! Hopefully! If the machine spirits will it! Both are planned, but I'm developing on a Windows machine and have no access to any sort of Mac, so that's going to be particularly problematic. I'll get it sorted out eventually.
Will the game ever cost money?
I want Sinister Santa to remain donationware for as long as possible so as many folks as possible can enjoy it. In the long run, if y'all like it a lot, I might make a new version with lots more content and whatnot so I can try dropping in on Steam for a few bucks just to get my feet wet there. However, that's a big "if" and a long way off regardless.
