BUILD 779
Fixed a bug that caused different game speeds depending on the frame rate.
Various adjustments / balancing for timers and other object properties.
Fixed a bug that caused the lightning effect to display incorrectly.
Fixed a bug that incorrectly displayed the brightness of the "torch light".
Source 779 was published accordingly adjusted.
