Daemon update 1.1

This update brings the Daemon up to date and ready to slot into a Hello, World campaign, including...

• updated character creation.
• Expanded formatting with two new page spreads, giving a lot more space to describe how the playbook works and elements of daemon culture and life.
• full downtime rules! The daemon has different recovery actions to the users of World, including a mechanic similar to overindulging from Blades in the Dark.
• And best of all, a full-page spread describing the Abyss, a special district particular to the daemons of World!
