0.3 Release

Hi!

So I know that I said that 0.3 will come in a week.....and I said that a bit over 5 weeks ago. But now it finally released and it is a relatively small update. I will list the changes below.

Features:

• Investor Mood
• 2 New Advertising Options - Television & Google Search Ads
• New Background Music (link here)
• Tweaked some prices.

Fixed:

• Digital Billboards being the same price as Physical Billboards.

Yea, pretty small. But I still hope you enjoy it.
