Lobby Update

Hello everyone. We spend some extra time polishing some bugs and adding some Quality of Life (or death) updates.

Some inclusions:

• Ghost now can interact with some items
• Some items are now synced
• Open microphone in the lobby. During game, the human can also use the microphone. But the ghost cannot. The ghost must use the Ouija board for communication.
• Lobby system. Now you don't need to setup anything before playing. Just create a lobby and ask your friend to join.
• Ouija board revamped: now the Ouija board has sound feedback to make the other player aware of any communication from the other side
