Minor update 16

Extending walls to the bottom of the screen has been suggested multiple times, so decided to try it out. I must admit that it looks way better this way. I finally reworked enemy logbook descriptions. Instead of describing enemy behavior, there is now small desription about enemies. (Dont read them thought :D) There was also some weird enemy behavior that sometimes happened when player was dead.

• Wall now extends to bottom of the sreen (Except in river zone)
• Reworked enemy logbook descriptions
• Fixed some enemies climbing walls when player was dead
• Fixed enemies being stuck in throwing animation when player was dead
• Fixed elite cactusmen being stuck in throwing animation when player was far away
• Fixed some errors in logbook
• Fixed reflected ufo laser width
