Trait Tracker Injector Update for Patch 1.83

This new version of the Trait Tracker Injector has been repackaged to fix the missing module errors that would occur for some users. The tuning structure has been edited to allow modders to add a name in the tuning that the script will use when generating logs. Please note that this addition is optional and existing mods will not require an update. An example has been added to the test package for those that do wish to implement it.
