WTDL DEVLOG #7

It's the eve of Valentine's Day. Why not spend some time indulging in the next WTDL update.

Here's what's new in 0.3:

1. Added new story content 
2. Added WIP sprites for the generals (Consider seeing them in action from the prologue)
