Update v0.4.1

This is just a minor update but it does add some very needed things to the game. Read the Changes & Additions to see what’s new!

Changes & Additions:

• Levels 9 and 10 added
• Coin sprite changed
• Temporary game completed screen
• Checkpoints
• Total coins save
• Total coins displayed on menu screen
• Levels are now locked until you unlock them by playing
