Impact 0.4

Impact 0.4 adds the following:

- Pause Menu (You can open it with the Esc/escape key)

- A start to the options menu

- Cylinders/Pillars at the start are now fixed

- Better checkpoint triggers (Now you can't teleport to a checkpoint from outside the map/level)
