Just for context, I am currently student in a college and the next session started arround one month ago and got back in serious training so I have less time for my game but I try to do it at least 5 hours per week. However, I just wanted to show what progress I have done and explain what is next on my shedule :
What I have done :

Please keep in mind that all image are place holders and will be drawn again once I am absolutely sure of the visual style I want for the game.
Next, I'm working on creating a path finding system so that enemies can find a way to you even if they didn't saw your last position, for example if you fired a gun and they heard it. Once I'm done with it, I might try to implement it on some zombie and make a wave defence play test like the Call of Duty zombie survival mode.
