Hotfix #2

Small-ish update. Changed include:

Flexible mode:

• Flexible mode doesn't have a clamp on how much damage you can take anymore.
• Flexible mode now has adaptive difficulty.
• Flexible mode now has adaptive difficulty on by default.
• Fixed auto-aim aiming at some enemies feet.

Other changes:

• Fixed chest instruction not going away after opening it.
• Changed the tile-set.
• Changed the layout of some rooms.
• Increased pistol range.
