Hotfix #1.5

Mini hotfix. Changes include:

• Fixed end screen showing more rooms/upgrades than there are in the demo.
• Fixed first boss HP bar.
• Eli now has a tent. :D
• Changed grenade trinket to poison bullet trinket.
• Changing difficulty now grants HP/MP buff that would normally have been gotten from starting on said difficulty.
