Added super basic touch controls; touch anywhere on the screen to move to that position. On the first touch an on-screen button will appear in the bottom right of the screen; this is for beaming stuff up/down (hold to beam up cargo, tap to drop it).
Also added mouse controls: left click and hold to move, right click to use the beam (same deal).
The first NPC type was also added; they just walk around at the moment pointlessly. And yes, you can beam them around too.
