Version 5.0.0 is not compatible with my plugins that are below the 5.0.0 versions.

• [MZ] Removed the MV Animation plugin parameter, since the new MZ version already has it.
• [MV] Improved the code to look more like the MZ version.
• [MV] Added new plugin parameters to set Pixel Perfect option and playtest utilities.
