Mala Petaka Demo v0.3

• Fist's final blow sprite updated
• Pistol secondary shot added (now all current weapons have secondary fire!)
• Switched between grenade launcher primary and secondary fire (bouncing grenade is now primary and non-bouncing grenade is now secondary)
• Changed non-bouncing grenade projectile sprite to differentiate between primary and secondary fire
• Removed and reorder some unused options to reduce confusion
