RailroadTiles Patch - v0.05

- From now if you remove the tracks before the train, it will stop and wait for a new path
- Changed the controls a bit to make it more comfortable (for example: hold down time reduced, to open rails window)
- decreased new rail tile prices
- fixed some issues with workforce/passengers count
