Bug fixes and new features

This update fixes the bug with map generation that caused crashes as well as:

• added an item (Ankh) that increases your max HP inside each dungeon
• a basic pause menu accessed with Start or Esc key
• controller support
• fixed meat twinkle animation
• A pause menu that shows the seed
• A title menu animation graphic

The only things I want to add now are support for arm64 devices, particularly the Anbernic 351V and maybe 2-3 more songs.
