Snapshot SH-22.131A+ fixes a major performance issue generated by buildings' pentivm threads.

CHANGELOG

• Corrected a design issue with buildings' pentivm alarms. Pentivm alarms no longer use threads and require update via their calling instance. This change reduces CPU usage drastically from 64% to 14.8%.

• Updated the game icon.
