Updates to some minor things.
- Several balance tweaks to the adventure
- The weaker enemies were dropped from 12 health, 0 armor to 10 health, 0 armor; this makes it more feasible for characters to one-shot them on a good attack.
- A couple difficulties on Tests were reduced.
- Tweak to Victor, who now has Tantalite instead of Heresiarch renown to give him more opportunities to use his talents during this adventure.
- Changed the Margin system to be "drop the 1s place" instead of "keep the 10s place" since this will be congruent with the Acquisition mechanic in the core rulebook.
- Added the Magdump rule, which lets characters with most ranged weapons burn ammunition faster in exchange for an increase to-hit and damage (although they lose their Accuracy bonus while doing so).
