Offline Elusives 1.4

Offline Elusives 1.4 improves compatibility:

• Restore the Brothers with new optimized method that is faster and should work on game version 3.100
• Add optional file to easily disable restoring the Brothers if something goes wrong there

Mod Framework 1.11 is required to use the new version.
