Updates to High Tide

Added a "Fishing with Rhodes" minigame accessible through the sub hatch during the sub-interior level. Fish with Rhodes while at periscope depth and catch fish, chonky fish, and floating garbage! 3 different fishing levels are chosen at random while casting your lure.

The Itch.io page has been updated with a new theme and game trailer. You'll also find on the page an interactive High Tide Player's Handbook!

A bunch of bug fixes in this update, too.

• Toolbox interaction on the last level fixed
• Bug disabling interaction buttons at the intro screen fixed
• Added game save detection at the title screen
• Cleaned up some dialogue spots
