-Tweaked combat noise falloff; combat sounds were audible too far from their point of origin
-Fix glitch; certain monster species are not loading in correctly
-Fix glitch; monsters were unable to be commanded to eat cum
-Fix glitch; monsters were not observing stat caps, level cap is now 99, HP/MP are capped at 2048, EN at 50, and all stats at 512
