v1.01 - Arctic shipping routes

Just uploaded a minor update (while I keep working on a larger gameplay upgrade). I'm glad that I got to reuse a bit of research from my abandoned arctic shipping game!

• Ships can now travel through the arctic if other routes are unavailable
• Added a few of the larger arctic ports
