Added Weapon customization
- different types of grips factor how fast you can aim
- sights affect your zoom
added dropping weapons
fixed picking up weapons
added damage drop off
- when your within 5 meters you do 100% damage but up from 5 meters it scales the damage down with a cap of 20%
