1-17 Update

This update fixes a few things I wanted to get rid of, add music controls to the game, including mute and volume sliders. Currently the AutoKey cipher isn't working, so I am currently working to fix that. I did change websites to easier maintain it, so the link on the startup page is correct now. I did remove the custom level builder as I haven't done anything with it for a long time.
