Security and polish update

"After just a couple of days after opening the testing facility, we encountered a huge number of missing gems. Ofcource that is the only thing that can be seen in the facility but we blame the CCTV cameras, so the smart way to resolve this is to replace them with 2nd hand security lasers"

• Laser will have an interval where they would be inactive for 2 seconds
• Jammer will return to max when retrying
