Getting started again

Getting this going again as a new campaign has begun. Changes in this version include:

• TWCB is now a supplement for Into the Odd: Remastered, not a standalone game
• Restore attribute rolling to 3d6
• Geneblessed resupply at the start of each expedition
• Background questions no longer duplicated
• Luck and Effort are gone (for now?)
• Removed “Expedition Resources”
• Renamed “Oddities” back to “Arcana” and unified section
• Setting material
