release 2 is now ready
thank you for user feedback

changes:

• adds main menu and pause menu in playable sections
  • allows to change render resolution (or window resolution, if not set to fullscreen)
  • allows to change mouse sensitivity
• game now launches in windowed mode
• collision fixes and modifications
