Changes since v1.0.140:

• Accessibility: add a visual effect to the timedplatform sound.
• Code: minor module update.
• Code: allow tracing to hit multiple entities at once; this allows hitting two questionblocks at once. No real gameplay impact, just nicer.
• Level: add a hint to the end of Van Vlijmen, including a tiny optional puzzle there.
• Level: make the shruggie a bit nicer looking.
• Web: default to medium graphics; fps are still OK with that.
