Graphics Settings Patch!

We rolled out a graphics option for Performance and one for Quality!

• Quality uses the game's default rendering methods.
• Performance disables post processing and changes the render path to run the game faster.

These can be found in the settings screen in the Main Menu and Pause Menu!
