Version 21.0.1 for DOS: Scanlines and fullscreen

Version 21.0.1 of the game adds the missing "Scanlines" and "Fullscreen" options to the DOS build of the game that is already available in other ports of the game. Since this is a DOS-specific code change, other builds will stay at 21.0.0.
