I wasn't happy with how I had included Flood Attack in both the special skills as well as the advanced skills. I have removed it from Advanced skills as I never intended it to be a skill that could be updated, it is skill entirely determined by luck.
I've also gotten a more specific with how you roll for the number that triggers the Flood Attack.
