Here's the first significant update to Rapturous! I'm extremely excited to roll it out.
The focus of this update was mostly to finish the early introductions to the game. I hope from here to diversify the story, enrich the turn-based combat further, and keep adding more assets. The goal for gameplay is to have the game reset to an early stage to allow players to choose their own path, like a choose-your-own-adventure game.
Please feel free to give feedback, tell me the direction you'd like to see this game take! The core of a strong game is constant discussion and sharing ideas between developers and between players. Thank you!
Changelog:
-Scenes-
You can now get 2 possible nsfw intimate scenes with Lungo through his date line. Losing to Jackson gives a bad CV end if you have bad ends turned on.
-Additions-
Lungo's base story is complete, to be expanded later in different ways. Currently, the game is mostly linear, following you through the introduction of several characters and plot points. This update focused a lot on creating assets and assembling them, proving the concepts of fighting other enemies and making a larger world.
-Many new characters, most with alternate expressions
-New prefab particle effects
-Placeholder music and sfx
-backgrounds painted by myself and designed through commissioning a 3D modeler
