In 0.1.3, I fixed big bugs. The cities were not showing correctly: if you had bought Phoenix, it would still have looked gray, even though it should've looked blue.
Rents were high, even so high, that your money would've just been gone. I've fixed it now. Also, your demand is higher now and you can set the price higher than before without consequenses.
