Feature requests

This new update contains some feature requests of users that contacted me

• The levels now animate when a new blind level starts.
• Tab can be used while editing the tournament
• The big blind is twice the small blind by default, you can override that value of course.

Make sure to connect with the same Android version when you want to control the tournament remotely!
