Saving and loading added to Telescopium Incident

Having recently added saving and loading to my other game, Escape from DIMANSION, it made sense to use the improvements made to the game engine to add it to the Telescopium Incident too. To that end, a new floppy disk icon to access the game menu (or just press Esc) has been added to the bottom right of the screen.

This small update also fixes the blood disappearing from Captain Hernandez's face when leaving the room.
