Special Effects Update

If you're updating from the previous version, you can continue using your "savedata" file, but please delete your previous "settings" file. I will try to not make breaking changes with future prototypes! Major new things in this version:

• Wind effects
• Particle effects
• Echo in caves
• Separated character movement and menu controls. You can set them to be the same as before, or you can have e.g. character movement on analog stick and menu movement on D-pad.

With that, I will fork the repo and start on Prototype II.
