The game's player movement has been adjusted to make the wall jump feel better, with more sense of control and speed. You now have an 8 frames window to start a jump after sliding from a wall, and the distance you need to be from a wall to start sliding has been increased very slightly. Speed after performing a jump is also forced to the direction you jumped to for a few frames, making it easier to jump from one side to the other.
