+C moves can no longer be air dash or jump canceled in the air. This is to reduce 0-death combos that involve spamming only C and wall bouncing
+Chad's Hit Stun now correctly does 0 damage
+Fixed a glitch with how hitstun worked that affected combo meter in training and other stuff
