1.B.E. -- Or, a Release for the Secret Santa Jam 2021

1.B.E. - One Button Each
A browser gift made in HTML5

I’ve never written one of these devlogs, but the ‘release’ (of sorts) of a game that I worked for a month on, instead of just 2 or 3 days (albeit not as intensive by far as one of those weekends) … – well, let’s try this!

1.B.E. – One Button Each, is a little 1-to4 player co-op and versus game-collection, held together by a single unifying game-mechanic: Each player can reach the entire screen using just one key or button. Curious to see how that plays? Just try it out! It’s free after all…

Web, Windows, Linux and Android builds available!

Written during the Secret Santa 2021 Jam, in which my ‘giftee’ was Kune, who wished for a simply-controled, hi-octane, local, multiplayer game. (Yes, this is still a jam-game, not even updated past the initial release, which is now at the time of writing, but it has far more polish than anything else I’ve done game-wise.)

Happy Holidays!
