This update is more of a technical update, and less of a feature update. Many of the systems (ecosystem, graphics, map generation) have been reworked to some extent and made more general, and in some parts computationally heavy code has been multithreaded. But in terms of gameplay nothing new has been added. To learn more about specific changes, watch the latest devlog on the youtube page.
In the next version the erosion algorithm will have been restored. And a system for generating and interacting with resources (mineral ores, products, food) will have been implemented. These resources will drive the economy of the gameplay once I get to that stage. Im uncertain if I'll make 2 smaller updates, the first with natural resources and the second with produced resources. Or if I'll bunch them into the same update, time will tell.
