Major bug fixes, useability and typos

After recieved review following issues were fixed:

• font 
• character bios too tiny 
• image resolution increased
• confirmation window when closing game
• confirmation dialog when killing vassal
• picture of vassal next to their district
• tutorial screen
• kiling vassal issue with Ernest
• Titel screen
  
  

found another issue:

• multiple game over scnearios didn’t work - are now fixed
  

Revert ghoul and district placement + button feedback couldnt be implemented. Didn't work, don't know why.
