Revised visitor boons

Games felt like they were running a day or two long. This update makes for shorter, but more varied sessions

• Dagger adds 2 to result of next DAYS roll (previously 2d6 and pick highest)
• Stablehand, messenger, sailor and outcast now affect DAYS
• Gambler now affects WEATHER (previously DAYS)
• Character sheet renamed stall sheet
• Minor wording/style changes
