[v0.2] Webs and Sound Effects

Spider Attacks

• Spiders now attack other mobs by trapping them in webs.
• Spiders can no longer attack phantoms, but can now target creepers.
• The attack cooldown has been increased from 4s to 10s.
• Only one spider can attack per-tick now to avoid issues.

Sound Effects

• Added a sound effect for spider attacks (spiders are now silent otherwise).
• Added an eating sound effect when taming.

Other Changes

• Taming a spider now gives 4 exp.
