Small fixes

I made some small adjustments to things to help the game play experience

• Cursor Speed defaults to "Faster" and if you feel it is too fast on the computer screen, I suggest selecting Normal, or Slower.
• Fixed the Pause screen. It was supposed to have a black fade effect, but it did not work in the first build.
• The Pause Screen has more options to select including Game Speed, Cursor Speed, and Sound.
• The Pause Screen for Campaign Mode does not have the Game Speed option because the Game Speed is part of the rising difficulty. Level 1 and 2 are set to normal, and 3 and 4 are set to fast.
• The Arrow Buttons have been changed. They no longer move the cursor by holding the buttons down, you can only push them once so they do not affect the gameplay speed.
