Post Competition Version

Not a lot of changes from the competition version but I sanded a few rough edges.

Taking a leaf from Robin's book, I decided to make the game free to play online but include a paid downloadable version that includes the feelies. 

Changelog:

• misc typos and (my bane...) missing full stops
• browser back button no longer UNDOs since itch.io doesn't open the game in its own tab
• respect "prefers-reduced-motion" user setting if present: don't smoothly scroll or fade in new paragraphs
• moved the [REDACTED] so it can be found in the proper place
• misc small tweaks
• new feelie: a tourist guide to Tortuga
